Timothy Ryan, BA, MA, RCPT 

Mr. Ryan holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from the San Diego State University.  He is 

presently on staff as a clinical exercise physiologist at the Loma Linda University Medical Center's 

Cardiopulmonary Department.

He has consulted to a variety of disciplines including professional 

sports teams, private companies, law enforcement and fire fighting agencies.  From 1986 1992, Mr. 

Ryan contracted with the California Highway Patrol to organize and supervise their statewide medical 

screening program as part of their Physical Performance Program. He currently consults to the 

California Peace Officer Standards and Training Program, as well as local law enforcement agencies, 

on their physical training programs.  Mr. Ryan provides consultation through his privately owned 

company, Health Evaluation Consultants.
