Page setup 

Select  Page setup to select the page orientation (portrait, landscape), and print margins for the active 

document (spreadsheet, text results or notes).  

Print

The Print command is used to print the contents of the top window: either the spreadsheet, a statistical text 

results window, graph window, or the notes window.   

After you have selected the Print data, Print Notes or Print results command, the program will display the 

following dialog box: 

In this dialog box, you can select the printer by clicking the

ELECT

 button.   

Select the Black & white option in case you want to print in black and white only.  When you select the Print 

to file option, the output will be redirected to a file and not to the printer. 

You can select the page orientation (portrait, landscape), and print margins.
