Grid color: the color of the gridlines in the spreadsheet. 

Text results 

Statistical results: option display in editable window.  When this option is selected, the statistical (text) 

results are displayed in an editable window.  Deselect this option if your computer has little memory, or 

when the program fails to place large text results (e.g. results of ROC curve analysis) in an editable 

window.   

Colors: Select colors used in statistical text results windows: normal text color, color used for highlighting 

results and color for warnings and error messages. 

Graphs 

Copy graph: use window aspect ratio: When you copy a graph, this option will allow to constrain the 

height and width of the graph so they stay in their original proportion to one another. If this option is not 

selected (default) then the graph is copied in a height:width ratio of 2:3.   

File locations 

This tab shows the default storage location for data files, graphs, text and other items you create or use in 

MedCalc. Click the item you want to change, and then click Modify to set a new default location.
