you should in particular define at what rating an e mail is considered to be

spam. If an undesired spam e mail is recognized, the e mail will be marked

with '*****SPAM*****' in the subject by default. Most e mail clients should

be configurable that it will automatically move an incoming e mail with

a certain text in the subject into a special folder or delete it. In the latter

case you should make sure that in the settings for your spam filter you do

not set Required Hits to a too low value, because otherwise e mails could be

deleted by your local mail client that are falsely detected as spam.

Allow / Deny Addresses Please also read the chapter about the Address

book in WebMail.

First you can create a list with e mail addresses which should be indepen 

dently from their content strictly considered to be spam or which should

not be checked by spam filter and therefore never be detected as spam. To

do this, enter an e mail address and select, whether you want to Accept or

Deny it. In the latter case e mails from this sender address will always be

marked as spam.
