It is especially useful to create additional FTP users in connection with sub 

domains pointing to the directory of an FTP user that you created.

Special considerations concerning FTP users: Your main FTP user (your

access to the Confixx web interface) does not have the privileges of chang 

ing or deleting folders of additionally created FTP users. This applies to

any files contained in these directories as well. You can delete folders be 

longing to other FTP users only once you have deleted the respective FTP

user using the Confixx web interface.

6.7.1 Create FTP User

If you create additional FTP users, go to the page 'FTP users' in the 'Tools'

section in the Confixx interface. Enter the folder of the new FTP user in the

field. If this folder does not already exist, it will be created automatically.

The folders of the new FTP users may not be in sub folders.

6.7.2 Change Password

To change the password for an FTP user, click on 'Change password' in the

list of FTP users.
