The file appears as an attachment in the image field. EndNote 

copied the file to the DATA folder stored with the Paleo library, 

and linked the copied file to this reference.

6. In the Caption field, enter:

Hominid Timeline

7. Click the close button to close and save the reference and return to 

the library window.

To easily locate the references containing images:

Click on the Image column heading (the paper clip) once to sort records 

containing images at the bottom of the list, and then click it again to 

move them to the top of the list.
