Restoring All Files, Folders, or Registry Keys to an Alternate 

Path

1. Open the NetBackup Restore window.

2. Select 

README.TXT

 from the NetBackup folder.

3. Click 

Restore Marked Files...

 on the Restore menu. The Restore Marked Files 

dialog box will appear.

4. Click 

Restore Everything To a Different Location (maintaing existing structure):

.

5. Enter the folder from which the 

README.TXT

 file was backed up in the 

Source:

. In this case:

c:\VERITAS\netbackup\

6. Enter the alternate folder to which you want to restore the 

README.TXT

 file 

in the 

Destination:

. In this case:

c:\temp\

7. Select 

Overwrite Existing Files

. 

8. Click 

Start Restore

. 

NetBackup will restore the 

README.TXT

 file to the 

c:\temp

 folder.
